How To Return An Item

Your item must have a manufacturer defect or have been damaged during shipping to be returned. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please email andrianicol80@hotmail.com to request a refund.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package all broken pieces. 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All sales are final. No exchanges honored after payment is received.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours from payment received - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate shipping cost of $4.50. Shipping rate is subject to change when carrier services raise rates.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
